Simon Zutshi Property Investors Network This guy is well known on the circuit, saw him for the first time at one of Steve Foleys conferences and he came across as both knowledgeable and able to present his message. In fact he is in my personal top 10 speaker list.

He offers a monthly newsletter plus runs monthly networking in  six cities across the country at which there is an educational 1 hour seminar, no on selling he says.

The cost is £30 on the door, £ 20 in London, advance booking or reservation is needed and can be sorted on his website. Payment by cash or cheque on the door, not in advance.

This network should not be confused with Vanish Patel’s Property Networking Club which runs monthly events in London, Birmingham & Manchester.

Simon then offers a 12 month Mastermind Programme and once again we are sort of talking telephone numbers but at least you do have the chance to meet & listen to Simon at either one of his monthly meetings or at others where he is speaking before making up your mind.

I have not been to any of his Mastermind events but have been invited and will be doing so following which I will report further, so watch this space.
