The Ipswich Property Network, ipswichpropertynetwork.co.uk Second Monday of every month - Ipswich Holiday Inn, London Road, Ipswich IP2 0UA hosted by Claire Wray and Darren Lawes cost £ 10pp pre-booked, £ 20 on the door.
Northern Property Network Huddersfield, hosted by Steve Foley & Bobby Gill on the 1st Tuesday of the month, cost £ 10pp pre-booked online.
Brighton & Hove Property Events, brightonandhovepropertyevents.co.uk Brighton. I am not sure who is hosting this event but I have met one of the hosts, Jo Rose, a charming lady.
To date (May 2009) they have run one event with the 2nd scheduled for June 2nd with Raj Shastri as the principle speaker. Cost £ 12.50 pp, online registration required and the doors open at 6.45pm.
They run a slot called “open mic” where it appears that anyone attending can step up to the mike for a few minutes of fame.
Great idea. Not clear on whether this is a regular event or occasional.

Two others are Just Property Networking running an evening in Gatwick on the 2nd Tuesday of the month, cost £ 5 pp pre-booked and £ 10 on the door. No indication as to who is behind it but at the moment this event has been suspended.
Plus the East Midlands Property Networking Club run by Rhett Lewis of Rhett Lewis Property Investments in Nottingham cost £ 10 pp pre-registered and £ 20 on the door. Rhett is another well known speaker on the circuit though I have yet to see or hear him.
