We offer a one-to-one Consultation Service (typically 2 hours) with a Director of buy-to-let.com that is tailored to your personal requirements.
The topics usually covered include:
- Looking at and advising on your personal buy-to-let investment strategy.
- General advice on money/mortgage matters
- General advice on tax matters and how to create a tax free rent portfolio
- General advice on current Law & Regulations
- Analysing the performance of your portfolio.
- Advising on areas where it can be improved.
- Advising on how & where to expand your portfolio.
- Looking at allied matters such as the performance/advice from your letting agent, accountant, solicitor or mortgage broker's and advising on "best practice".
- Critical review of proposed purchases.
- Critical review of any internal redesigns, extensions & conversions.
Where "qualified" professional advice is required we refer you to one of our external advisors.
We recommend that "thinking about it" investors should first attend our Master Class in Buy-To-Let as it is impossible to cover the content of that 1-Day Workshop in an hour or two, all of which needs to be understood before looking at your personal investment strategy.
