A Director of Buy-To-Let will spend a day (9am-5pm) with you in your chosen investment location.

This often involves a substantial amount of the day being spent driving around the location looking at a variety of areas, properties, tenant sources and other criteria that makes up a successful investment. How the day is spent though is your choice however, the topics that we generally cover include:

•  Visiting & analysing potential investment locations.

 

•  Viewing, costing and assessing the viability of prospective investment properties.

 

•  Meeting & discussing your plans with your local agents, builders and any other suppliers.

 

•  Inspecting & reporting on any aspect of the properties in your portfolio.

 

•  Inspecting & advising on how best to refit a property for your target tenant.

Cost £750 per day (inc VAT).
